Gluttony – The Peacock, Wed 2 Mar

Inspired by ‘The World Of Shadows’ and the ‘Underbelly’ of the circus world, the Melbourne based crew of The Barbaroi brings an extraordinary and captivating act to the Adelaide Fringe.

Each performer masterfully brought his or her own unique skill set to the stage; there is death-defying balancing acts, mind-boggling juggling skills (with both hands and feet) and some rope and ring acrobatics which are equally exhilarating!

The performance did feature a rare mistake from time to time, but this only drew the crowd in even more. You could see audience members lean forward to the edge of their seats in anticipation, as the performers would brush aside any minor stumble, fearlessly go for it again and nail each seemingly impossible act.

From the smooth changeover of any apparatus or props between segments to the seamless special effects and music, The Barbaroi had it all; it is one of the more stunning acts you are going to come across at the Fringe.

These performers have created a breathtaking spectacle that will have your eyes locked onto the stage!
